I feel like it REALLY could have been good but it feels like the show doesn't even know what story it's telling. On one hand, Netflix is offering Irish subtitles (which fair play tbf) and KneeCap is being blasted in the background. On the other it portraying the Irish republican's as these feral nutcases who are only out for blood.

!!!SPOILERS!!! (obviously) I absolutely loved the story. Idk about the whole “Jake is the chosen one” thing with him not only being the only “Skywalker” to be accepted into the clan (despite the MASSIVE amount of work Grace had done for the community. She should have been fully accepted to the same degree as Jake I think.) but also Jake being the only one able to ride that dragon. It seems a little bit cliché but it’s not THAT big of a deal compared to the rest of the story. I really enjoyed the love story between Neytiri and Jake. They both learned from eachother. I really loved the whole Neytiri being mean but then softening up as she falls in love and also Jake growing to appreciate nature and the culture. The visuals of course were STUNNING and made the movie so enjoyable. I’d rate it 4.8/5 but google only lets you go in whole numbers.
