Tino Rodrigues

Plot is long and winding, while the director has definitely taken artistic liberties, the movie slows down considerably and makes a mockery of covert ops and chain of command, the same old faces doing out dating things, a low key bugging process , a "pseudo inclusive character list" , a south Indian, a Sardar, a north Indian and this time some more. Some of the twists are truly unrealistic. Very low key ..... maybe a one time watch 3/5
