As a fan of the original series, I was very disappointed by the movie. It was entertaining but it didn't feel like Breaking Bad.
The dialogue felt forced; the actors (with some exceptions) seemed rusty and the characters were all static (no development whatsoever in anyone). Also, the plot was fairly predictable and didn't wrestle with big questions like its predecessor. I'm sorry to say that it just lacked the brilliance that I came to take for granted watching the series.
