In a nutshell the movie disappointed me. I have become a huge fan of South Indian cinema recently. The movies like asuran, karnan, home, the great Indian kitchen, Mandela, nayattu, jai bhim and all are great stories. But this rrr is typical old style South Indian masala movie, one can compare it with Singham and other Rohit Shetty films, which no doubt have their own fan following but for for those who love logic, story and acting before masala will surely get disappointed.

If you have not watched it yet, simply go for it. I loved the depth of the movie. Dhanush is simply outstanding. He never portryas himself as a hero but as a character. And even not a single character you will feel out of place. It's a periodic drama and believe me you will love the cinematography. Above all the lesson in the movie is everything and actually that is the only thing which makes the whole difference. It's like a soul to any story. I watched karnan first and then I went for asuran. Loved everything. Loved the authenticity.

A must watch. Deep and thought provoking. Even from hindi land I felt so much connected. Becoming fan of dhanush. Kind of movies he is selecting. The acting part. The cinematography. Everything is so beautiful. It's not only a strong story telling but making us to thing about our cast system and the differences and suppressions in our society. Simply watch it. We don't need hollywood. We need stories of our land delivered like karnan.

A must watch to all. Strong acting, entertaining, thought provoking.
