I really really enjoyed this movie. I felt that it was very funny, all the while tacking difficult topics. I felt "seen" as a woman. As if what I have always felt were being expressed by perfect, dolled up Barbie dolls. I do not think this is appropriate for people under 13 because they won't get references and have yet experience a lot of the topics that are being discussed. This is a movie for people who grew up loving the Barbie Franchise.

Barbie

I wasn't a huge fan of this book. There are some good parts that I enjoyed, but overall it was very repetitive and spoke about the same topic. The book lacked direction and I couldn't tell if it was a memoir or a self-help interactive journal. I think Madison Beer is great and I am very proud of what she has overcome. However, listening to her episode with Alex Cooper on "Call Her Daddy" was more entertaining than reading this book.
