It is soul-like, not a Soul game. This game is an excellent entry-level for those new to the Souls games. Personally, this one is my favourite until now as it is much more dynamic than the usual souls games: much faster. The history is not the point in the game, the gameplay is. However if like me you are passionate about the history of the 3 Kingdoms you will have fun with the new interpretations of the characters. I have no idea why the review is so toxic I loved it. The only issue it has is that it has a few FPS issues on the PC but nothing major.
