It was so nice to read! I give it a 10 out of 10. It felt very realistic and unrealistic at the same time. I'm starting to love small-town romance, so this book was perfect for me. I finished it in just one day! However, after I went on TikTok, people were saying the book was "spicy." I disagree. There are only two spicy scenes, and the rest are just small make-outs because their relationship had to be kept secret from the townspeople. I also disagree with the claims that the male character was a red flag. For example, the first time he pushed her off, that was a red flag but saying he was a red flag just because he wanted to "cool things off" since he was scared of getting hurt is unreasonable. Another point TikTok mentioned was blaming his abandonment issues on her, which didn't happen in the book at all. Overall, 1 really loved this book 10/10 and I think people on TikTok are overreacting. It's really great!
