Netflix made an adaptation of "Firedrake" the book!!! This was one of my favorite books!!! I used to have the book, but lost it during one of my many school/home moves. I'm watching it rn and hope it can live up to how my imagination read the story.. The dragons/ mythological creatures look to cartoonish, but I'm staying optimistic. I wonder if they'll do an Inkheart series adaptation next 🤔 *Edit* It was a really bad adaptation and didn't stay true to the source material.. They made Nettlebrand a shallow villain with none of his and Twiglegs backgrounds. Streamlined the story for convenience and threw Cornelia Funke's world building under a bus and ran it over in reverse for good measure. It was a waste of funding and Tomer Eshed should be ashamed..
