I was wanting to tell you about the most blasphemous show I have ever watched. It is called Supernatural. I ran across it on Netflix while looking for something to watch. I thought it would be a lighthearted ghostly type show that I could enjoy for fun. I also noticed it ran 15 seasons which was longer than MASH. It got 5 star ratings too. It’s about these orphaned great looking brothers (Dean and Sam) brothers who criss cross the country fighting demons and old legends. Not bad so far but and that’s a big BUT it soon turned blasphemous and down right stupid. This is how it goes. Angels have black Wings and are roughly stupid about scripture. Demons are a hard kill. No mention of Jesus anytime. All legends exist but not the Bible except Revelations which is poorly interpreted. The apocalypse happens without Jesus . The dead rise but not the dead in Christ. It’s okay to make deals with demons. The archangels are all weak and stupid. A man can’t be an angel. There are 66 seals on the scroll and they are all people. Demons don’t sweat crosses or churches but can be trapped by markings on the floor. You can make love to angels and demons with no consequences. Your relationship with God and Jesus offers you no protection but you can kill a demon with one shot of a Colt 45. Now that I have made you puke…. So heard enough cause I have written enough. The only thing evil about this show IS the show. I was getting laughs out of it but it got so bad I couldn’t laugh anymore and stopped watching. I just wanted to give you a heads up that a show can get great ratings and last awhile but can have lots of evil in it and misinterpretation of the scriptures until I am surprised the writers didn’t catch on fire.
