An absolutely stunning series covering so many layers of the lives of " women of a certain age". I stayed up late binge-watching, then stayed awake being furious at the situations it plausibly depicted. Rosalie Craig' s performance was a vast range of the subtle, the extreme, and the downright heart- rending. Letting all this rip to a background of punk was inspired, although just the sort of brilliant stuff we've come to expect from Sally Wainwright. Expect many singalongs wherever a few middle aged friends are getting together. Bring on the album!
