If I could, I would give this a negative rating. They butchered Nani. She was stressed, near a mental breakdown, BUT NEVER IGNORED LILO. Nani also would never give her up and go to America. Hawaii has the best marine biology school and it's free for native Hawaii people. She didn't need to go to America. She NEVER wanted to abandon Lilo. David was just there, he wasn't that supportive friend who actually wanted Nani and Lilo to have a good life together. He tried to help Nani even if he didn't get anything in return because he actually cared about them. Stitch didn't have character growth, he just decided to be good at the end. He didn't have the extensional crisis of being built in a lab and not having a family. This movie was propaganda and a quick cash grab.

I know they're portraying the doctor as an asshole (which he is) BUT I honestly agree with him about Bob. He disrespected boundaries, disrespected when Leo asked him to leave, intruded on their vacation, lied about suicide. Nothing about this "comedy" was actually funny. And Bob was a red flag.
