A movie by R.BALKI. Praiseworthy acting by Saiyami Kher and Abhishek Bachaan. Making a sports movie isn't that easy. I will directly jump into the observation i have made from this movie. I usually can't have my eyes off when seeing a good direction in simple movies. We have seen many movies like Chak DE India of Sahrukh Khan or Gold of Akshay Kumar ,how failed sportsperson bringing glory. No doubt Abhishek Bachaan as coach has effortlessly reeled both the part of a harsh & stringent side when with the student and a soft, pathetic ,emotional & highly guilty part when alone. The most beautiful observation I made and paused it to see it again was when Abhishek Bachhan opened his refrigerator and his "India Cricket" team debut jersey and cap was well preserved there. Here R.Balki took my heart by signifying a simple thing extraordinarily with a lot of messages. We usually keep vegetables and fruits inside refrigerator and dresses inside cupboard. Keeping dresses here symbolises how badly he wanted to keep all those memories of his cricket debut alive and fresh in his heart. This shows a person with unparallel passion and love can be a man of madness and heartbroken. Some dialogues that took my heart and overwhelmed are: Your "left" arm must earn the "right" to earn. And the line when Abhishek Bachaan sitting at the dinning explaining his whole life and said: "cricket ne mujhe goud le liya....."
