There was really no solid plot -even the definition of the two sides fighting in the Civil War wasn't clear -TX vs California? Obviously, they were trying to remain politically neutral to gang a bigger audience, which was a flop. I understand the press have a dangerous job, but this was ridiculous. They were glued to soldiers in "combat" with a very young, inexperienced journalist. 1/2 of the movie seems to be shot in a press car driving across the northeast to DC. The biggest waste of $20 to rent a movie. Too bad I was really excited to watch it!
