Brilliant dark cinematography. The movie does not give you all the pieces of the puzzle at the start but slowly introduces important facts that fit in seamlessly. Leno was a little lifeless but it still worked. Would have liked to see the original lead, Tom Hardy as the main character to see what he could have done with it. I thought this was a great film. Almost a five star. Btw. The main character in the movie is NOT a POW as some people have surmised....

Possibly the best and most absorbing film about the IOM i have seen. It takes your appreciation of the dangers to a whole other level. Guy Martin comes out of it appearing brilliantly mad....

Great story, great acting as you become engrossed in the actions of this sick doctor. Not with standing it has been dramatised, the number of patients this guy killed or maimed is by definition, horrific.
