I was a frequent visitor of The City Beautiful. I will not be going back. Three weeks prior, I had ordered the quesadilla. It was extremely burnt. I was immediately given credit towards my next visit. Today, I called in advance to use the credit and ordered the steak bowl. THE BOWL HAD HAIR IN IT! I gladly took it back to the counter to share what I found. Instead of an immediate apology, the cook decided to pick the hair out and hold it up stating that the hair didn’t belong to anyone that worked there (as if he worked in FORENSICS) then said that he would remake it. No apology given. When I received my replacement, I went back to work hoping to enjoy my food, instead it was extremely salty and the steak was extremely overcooked. Two strikes …. I’m DONE! As a frequent customer that works nearby. I expected more. Wishful thinking gone wrong. Lesson learned! I will never go back and I will gladly share my experience with the many Corporate colleagues that I work with me.
