I think the first one was better, but still give it 5 stars. The first had an A+ story line. This one was good but not as amazing of a story. Still these two movies are two of the best movies of all time.

The first half was entertaining and funny but the Story writing and dialogue fell off in the second half. Too many fight scenes and it seemed like the movie creators had nothing else to offer. They seemed to get carried away with having the vampires bodies contort in unnatural ways. Almost like the CGI guy directed the movie or something. The vampires who played the bad guys were not good villains. Franco was funny and him and Foxx had good chemistry. That was the best part of the movie was the dialogue between them. This movie could have been genuinely good if the second half was as good As the first

This movie was entertaining and just a few small tweaks away from being 5 stars. I really enjoyed the premise, a futuristic sci fi movie about pharmaceutical technology and the lack of ethics that can come with technological growth. The acting was great by the two male leads. I think most people will be really entertained watching it, but the ending and how they tie up the story could have been done better. A lot better. The movie is a sci fi thriller with a little bit of comedy. The comedy was good in the beginning and served as a light starting point for things to get down hill and get heavy later on. But in the end, what should be the most climactic and suspenseful scene, they attempted to make it comedic and it was a total fail. You can be highly entertained by a movie 95% of the time and then an ending can completely ruin it, but if you are entertained for 95% that counts for something. This film had what it took to be a sci fi classic. I would have preferred a little more thought put into the story line and it be a little darker / more twisted. It was still very good.

I liked it. It was a little bizarre and wild at times. I would like to give it another watch just to understand all the fantasy stuff. The dialogue was not always easy to follow. Captions would be useful. The story line wasn’t amazing but it was original especially with how things played out with the main characters mother. The fight scenes and choreography were not the best. The cinematography was great. I found it to be entertaining. Eric Northman from True Blood was great in the Northman!

Had seen it in the past but watched it again last night. I knew it was a good movie but didn’t realize - it is a masterpiece. Truly one of my favorite comedies ever now. It just is an amazing story, funny, cute, and Jack Black kills it. This movie deserves to be called a classic and should be more respected.

It was entertaining and caught my attention, but didn’t finish off strong. Too many twists. It began to get drawn out after the 5th episode. And the ending was not able to be predicted because the killers backstory was not introduced until the 2nd to last episode. In my opinion a good mystery gives you a chance to solve it. Still it held my attention and was entertaining. Outside the sister, the victim and the cop, the characters were not particularly likable. Should have spent more time with character development and less time making every character look guilty and overtwisting the plot

Underrated. One of Tarantino’s best films.

I’m on season 2 and it is definitely not as good as the first season but overall I love this show. The comedy is so on point and necessary for today’s times. I found the first season to be amazing.

This movie kept my interest the whole time, there is never a dull moment. It was a perfect role for Sandler - a gambling degenerate who is constantly using other people’s money to get out of the whole he’s in. I felt like the movie was missing a little something to make it great. Sandler captured the annoyance of a gambling degenerate very well. Overall a good movie and worth a watch. I’d probably give it 3.5 stars.

El camino was not good. Felt like a B rated movie. Like need for speed. Pinkman is not meant to lead. His character was too serious, he’s at his best as the screw up junkie. There was really no conflict in the story. We know the story isn’t ending with Pinkman in jail after all he went through. The only conflict was that which he seeked out and it was unnecessary. This was more like an extra episode added to the end of breaking bad to give closure on Pinkman. It could have been done in shorter time and should have been called a bonus episode or something like that. My expectations were to get another Gilligan banger. Love Better call Saul and breaking bad, this was nowhere near that level. 5.5/10
