One of the most beautifully filmed and scored TV series ever. The realities of the trauma experienced by a beloved character is difficult subject matter yet his slow but steady recovery will give hope to many regardless the trauma experienced. Not for children.

Patricia Clarkson is a standout in an amazing cast. Loved the moody soundtrack in most scenes. Pace became sluggish but it helped that I couldn't take my eyes off Patricia.

I truly don't get the mostly negative reviews. Yes it lags in places but the concept and visualization of a flooded world is so well done! If you loved Westworld you will love this film that reunites Lisa Joy with her husband Jonathan Nolan as well as the cinematographer and some of the actors. Rebecca Ferguson (The White Queen) and Thandiwe Newton are standouts! Plus Rebecca did her own vocals. Oh and Ramin Djawadi's musical score was fabulous! Was no one else in tears at the end? Loved it!

It's a masterpiece in every sense of the word.
