His book taught me everything!! I have been trying to figure sourdough out for a couple of years and his knowledge and how he teaches it and writes was absolutely incredible.
It’s still a process but since spending the last two weeks, 8plus hours a day attempting to make the perfect loaf - his book has been my bible and his methods are by far the best ever! Thank you!!
