I’ve watched this film for the third time tonight, it’s one of the classic movies of all times and yes enjoyable as the first time I SAW, IT. part of the magic would have to be the chemistry between Gosling & Mulligan, its electric, kitch. Loved the Grease location nostalgia, it was a nice flick, get it? An Ice pick, if you’re into old school Hollywood vibes you won’t forget this film. The main character is a softly spoken bad boy, he is the anti lock hero, his skin is definitely in the game, (yin and yang, black and white) he’s kind to her boy. (Blonde like the leading lady in Grease) a lot about his character is yellow-like a yellow belly or sepia used in old film, (and a good year tire logo) he doesn’t want to flight but he will if pushed to the limit, he wants to be a good guy & sort of is shouldering the exes debt. There’s well, an unexpected plot twists and your version of events may differ to mine, think insurance claims will pay dividends, Mann that’s what makes it an exciting ride and an understatesmann’s Chinese theatre.. her ex is like a bad Penny (wise) who keeps showing up, like a bad dream. The ex is a clown 🙃😏. I would've loved to have seen this film in Manns Chinese theatre Hollywood..
