wow.. the cheesiness... the acting... the bad faction is just so over the top and really weird spin on the "church". I haven't read the books but if the plot is basically the same, then what a major turn off

The acting was pretty bad, the commentary and portrayal of the Gospels... well... it almost feels like it was poorly made on purpose, but I don't know the budget so maybe they did the best with what they had
