The plot is good… the twist at the end is great! But the overall writing?? Very very confused. The characters act weird and their motivations change randomly. Reading through this jumble frustrated me at times.
Sheriff Stevens has got to be the most irritating character. His behavior just does not make sense. The random characters in the book that are supposed to ‘Throw the reader off’ are very lame. If you are a thriller/mystery fan, the writing will disappoint you.
