"Experiencing some oversights in room service, including the daily restocking of essentials like tissue, toilet paper, and body wash being consistently overlooked. The pricing at one of the hotel's restaurant (pizza place by the sports bar) is exorbitant, with a small bottle of water costing $7! In all fairness, the rooms are clean. We had also paid for an upgrade, so the overall stay has been somewhat of a letdown, failing to meet the basic expectations one would have from a hotel of this caliber." Will go for a fancier pick next time .
