This programme should never have been made. It is a sickening concept which has dragged up all the horror caused by such an evil person and all the people who turned a blind eye therefore allowing it to persist for years. Shame on all concerned. We were so disgusted we only managed to watch the first episode and our only hope is that if it has achieved anything at all it is to remind us all that such evil must never be ignored and victims MUST be listened to. The two stars go to Steve Coogan and Gemma Jones for their brilliant acting.
