It would've been one of my favourite K-dramas, if it wasn't for Looney's ending. I've just finished watching and I'm sitting here just thinking about this ccharacter and feeling so upset. It's like the writers let their own opinions about drugs cloud their judgement about what would be a good ending for the charactor. Looney worked so hard and long and got no redemption or happy ending. he had such great character development, until the last scene ruined it all. He was the best character too! His story line just reflects Korea's stance of drugs. All other kinds of criminals got some redemption, exept the drugie. It seems like the writers tried to send a message of "kids, don't do drugs" with his storyline. But instead they ended up sending the message that no matter how hard you try, once an addict, always an addict. How disappointing!

It's two movies in one. One plot about fugitives being transfered vs cops, and the other movie is about the human weapon experiments etc. Both concepts seem so disjointed and unnecessarily put together in one movie. I would have enjoyed both those movies separately.
