I don’t and have never reviewed a game but there’s always time for one.
I’ve been playing call of duty for around 15 years (maybe longer, not sure when COD4 came out. Of which, met friends, lost friends. Got me through some of the toughest years of my life. It was the beauty of the game when you lost or won. However these days, it’s just too much. I have quit.
I searched reasons as to why it’s not enjoyable and found this “SBMM/EOMM” system they use. Whilst yes it’s a good idea, in my personal opinion it does not belong in public games. It makes everything so competitive, everyone wants 3 things and I don’t understand why it’s so hard to just listen. (Lag free servers, lowest ping possible & a care free world) where you can surf, if the lobby you’re in is nasty, leave and search again. I have bought battles passes, bundles, season passes and for the first time ever, I’m not.
As for cheaters, I’ve only experienced a handful. Anyone reading my kd is:
2.75 - which ever since Xmas has gone down to 1.95.
If you ever decide to revert back to a decent less strict game, I’ll come back. But as I know, I won’t be holding my breath. I’m not important. Just your shareholders.
