The Write Agent

Great series. If it's for you, it's for you. Like all Kdramas...like anything on film, it's not for everyone. The plot, setting, characters, point of view, and conflict within the series are meant for those who enjoy small-town stories heavy on internal and external culture. If you can't understand that people think, behave, and live differently in different parts of the world, skip it. If you're interested in understanding how culture shapes the mind and influences the behaviors of others outside your sphere, it's a great watch. Excellent chemistry throughout the whole cast, especially between the male and female leads. In particular, the male lead nails this role!

Wow. Twelve refreshing episodes that are so far void of K-drama cliches. Really just GREAT! Four episodes left. Please don't go down the rabbit hole.

This show has so much potential but as in many Korean dramas, they have the lead male and female lying, lying, lying to each other. It's annoying because they make it seem as though these nearly 40-year-old people don't know how to behave like adults. This show could have been a movie or finished in two episodes. How? Just have the lead actress tell the truth. If the writer needs the episodes extended, there are more creative ways to do that than all the lying all the time. If any Korean scriptwriter is out there and needs any creative help, hit me up.

I was so giddy waiting for this! Sunday night couldn't get here fast enough. I'm not a documentary fan but this returned me to my college days living in Chitown. I stopped watching basketball once this team broke up. I mean...I STOPPED WATCHING BASKETBALL. And then I named my youngest son Jordan. I would have named my oldest Michael but my husband wanted a Junior so...Anyway, not only has this not disappointed, it has exceeded my expectations. Amazing work!
