i had my doubts when I heard Edward Cullen would be playing my favorite super hero of all times. I was like really that guy? But after watching The Batman 2022 movie I was kind of surprised on how well he did and how well he was able to display emotions through his body language and expressions. Pattinson brings in a different take on Bruce Wayne, who is depressed and a little eccentric and may be a little introverted. which would make sense being how his child hood was after loosing his parents. I kind of liked the dark emo Bruce Wayne. In regards to villain don't get me wrong I will always love the joker as the bad guy, but I really liked the Riddler as the antagonist this time and the zodiac killer vibe I got from him. I really enjoyed the film and only had a few issues with it, but I wont spoil anything. the movie received a good 10/10 in my books. it reminded me of the Arkham series video games and how dark they were. I almost felt like the villain could have been "hush" at first until I saw the question mark. I didn't watch the trailer so that I could get the full experience.
