Gamebreaking gamepad bug with stutters. Completely underwhelming gaemplay. Watch an 18 minute cutscene so you dont miss anything then make a tedious decision based on the info: Lose rep and get attacked, go to jail because the dialogue option you picked wasn't "correct"
