The massage chair works ok but not as advertised. It does not return to the sitting position when finished unless mine is faulty. The biggest problem I have with it is the voice that yells in your ear constantly which really detracts from the massage. You can't use it listening to the TV music etc or the annoying voice starts up. This to me is a really bad design flaw. There seems to be no way to turn it off. It would have been much better without the voice function.
