This 1979 movie is a masterpiece of SCI-FI HORROR. It is more horror than sci-fi and it does both so well. It is a well written, directed and acted classic. Plus the special effects are well done. The facehugger and chestburster scenes were done in a time before CGI. This movie is worthy of it's ranking in the top movies of all time.
