I understand before I even watched that it was a fan film. But with the amount of money it was donated and the hype behind it I was expecting something nice. To start off with the positives, the few shots of spiderman swinging through the city were actually nice looking. The web shooters I also thought looked really cool. The suit itself wasn't bad. But to call it a spiderman film, I'm not so sure. There isn't enough of spiderman in the film to call it that. Also the main part of the story was just given to us in flashbacks and then the rest is Peter grieving over Gwen's death. As a spiderman fan who really enjoys the live action films and animated stuff too, this film just didn't come up to par with what was promised.
