People expecting to see a biography of Diana should have done their investigation about this movie first... this was just about the three days during Christmas Diana spent with the In laws and about how disconnected and abandoned she was in the same house. That was all it was going to be. This was the worse time of her life and the movie showed it. This weekend was basically the weekend divorce started to become a possibility between them. Ofcourse the interview Diana did after was the last straw that finally had the Queen ask them to divorce. This is not about pretty Diana or about her charity work. It was about three days with the family and her despair which everyone ignored on purpose and or didn’t understand. Of course the move took liberties and they said they had, including with her ring which is clearly different.. So do yourself a favor don’t expect The crown when you see this movie. It is not that. OH PS this movie was about Diana NOT about the family hence why they hardly ever speak...its artistically done. Open your minds. See this movie with different perspective and enjoy.
