As a Pharmacist the only point is; when he gave the dog sleeping aid (diphenhydramine) which is a Benadryl; he said Diphenhydramine by name and then said if you got a diarrhea call your veterinarian! well, diphenhydramine (same Benadryl or sleeping aid) never cause diarrhea, it is antihistamine and has anticholenergic effect which means it causes constipation.
