Painful download/install (20 hours) requiring manual deletion of some bad packages. Plays music the entire time and have to mute the game in system settings. Because you have to have the game open while it installs, this looks like "play time". We'll see if that comes up on the refund request. Once installed, does not identify joystick so you have to map the controller manually. That was the last straw for me. This is the worst user experience I've had with a game since the 1990s. I have seen the game on a friend's computer and it's spectacular. It's a shame they didn't put enough attention on making a complete product.
