Jk Rowling skillfully weaves the many layers and characters in the gripping latest instalment of the strike and Robin series. Their relationship feels more antagonistic in this book but with the sense all will be well as they uncover and unravel the labyrinth plot and establish the truth of what has occurred. Jk Rowlings ability to keep you wanting to turn the page is unsurpassed and to care about what happens to Robin and Strike. Their chemistry is undeniable. The romantic in me wants them to have a happy ending. I hope JKR feels the same way! It won't be easy whatever happens. I urge all fans to keep reading and enjoy the books whilst they last.
