Honestly I'm a rabid dead space 1 fan. Scariest game ever and I can't wait for the remake, hopefully it will make up for this disappointment. You can tell this was made by a Co creator of dead space. Sadly it's generic, less compelling, and too similar to the core story of dead space to be taken seriously. The mechanics and the control and flow of combat is pure garbage. The game constantly tries to fill your inventory up with necessary items so you are forced to leave other necessary items behind and you reach a point to sell things and get what you need at the most inopportune times and there is no going back to pick up anything. It doesn't add to the games dynamic, it's just aggravating and honestly stupid. I kind of enjoyed playing for the most part but it was far to predictable and the shortcomings were too frequent for the fantastic appearance to make up for.
