I don't understand all the great reviews. This is such lazily written garbage. Every male character is somehow a total doofus and a misogynistic sociopath. They portray Cassie as being stunted since Nina's death, but she dresses and behaves more like a preteen than a college med student. A lot of it just doesn't make sense, there's also really poor attempts at dark comedy and a twist.
