Way too many historical liberties. Felt like a fan fiction. Not sure why one would make a Princess Diana film and get so many historical events wrong and invent so much. I also thought they portrayed Diana as flighty, delusional and kind of dumb, which didn't ring true. Kristen Stewart did a good job but the script was ridiculous. The score was also very irritating and felt neither like it captured the energy of the royal family nor the energy of Diana. The dialogue was very didactic and obvious. Student filmy.
