I get that movies can’t capture every detail from a book, but this one left out more than half the story. It was terrible. The book had so much depth that it could have been an amazing series, but instead the movie felt rushed and completely missed the plot—basically, there was no real plot at all. Why is Abby meeting the family only 20 minutes in? Makes no sense.
