I’ve been an Xbox/PC gamer most of my life and had always heard great stuff about this series. Well, I finally decided I needed to give them(PlayStation) a chance and I’m damn near speechless at how good this game is(not to mention a bunch of others). Everything, from the combat to the story, to the graphics really truly and honestly leaves nothing to be desired for me. The depth of the characters, and the fact that they are practically all likable and interesting says a lot about a game for me. The writing that went into this game is really top-notch. I feel like I’m reading a great novel and playing a fantastic game at the same time. Every single nook and cranny of this game is worth investigating. Every little note that can be picked up and read is 100% worth doing. The world melts away when I’m playing this game. I haven’t been this blown away since BOTW. If you’ve made it this far, go buy it right now.

Absolutely incredible. This isn’t the kind of game I play a lot of, but after tears of the kingdom it was exactly what I was looking for. I’ve been a gamer for 20+ years, and I found this game to be extremely challenging. While it was difficult, and I died a LOT, I enjoyed every minute of it. There were plenty of “For f%#~’s sakes” throughout it, but I always found myself running back to the place I died telling myself that I could totally do it. It felt difficult, but doable. After coming straight into this from a game like TOTK, I was a little worried that it wouldn’t measure up and would feel like a waste of money, but that was not the case at all. This game has exceeded my expectations greatly. The boss fights were very well thought out, and while some of them took me nearly an hour to finally complete, the satisfaction of beating them was very sweet. My only complaint with this game is that I wish there was more depth in the way of item collection and abilities. But for 20 dollars, I really can’t say anything negative about it.
