My review of Farzi on Amazon Prime... Before watching Farzi , Mirzapur used to be my all time favorite web series... But deadly combo of Shahid Kapoor and Vijay Sethupati outshines all hindi webseries till date... Superb performances in a tailor made roles, awesome screenplay, character build up , background score.. Raj and DK , the director duo who gave us family man , deliver another masterpiece. 2 geniuses who could not do well in movie circuit are creating wonders in world of OTT. Casting two stalwarts in one webseries, making them entrenched in thr respective roles is not easy and indeed kudos to them in bringing out thr natural talents.. Shahid Kapoor is one of the most under rated actors of Hindi cinema. He was great in Udta Punjab, Kabir singh and he is at his best in Farzi. Award winning performance for sure. Vijay Sethupati is slowly and steadily rising up the national pan Indian scene. I loved him as Bhavani in Master , drug dealer in Vikram and he is splendid in Farzi. No actor looks, big paunch , may be his uncustomary style is making him famous, of course backed by marvellous acting...his next is Jawaan with SRK , expecting fireworks at box office in June.. Bhuvan Arora as firoz is super charming and surprise package ..his desi style and camarederie with Shahid is paisa wasool... Watch it over the weekend, its very good and it deserves lot of prai ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
