Yes it's all the bad things that the reviewers claim it to be, but it is also hugely entertaining, beautiful to watch and features great Italian music. Reminds me of silly 60's caper films such as A Man Could Get Killed. Loving its lightheartedness.

Jean Smart, as always, is amazing. She makes Deborah, the difficult character she portrays, sympathetic, believable and intriguing. I cannot say the same thing about Hannah Einbinder's character Ava, who is totally unlikeable and annoying. If I was Deborah, I would have fired her in the first season. Not Hannah's fault, who is very good in the role, but the writing keeps making this main character so self-involved and cringe-worthy that I stopped following the series in season 3.

Good acting wasted on convoluted, tiresome plotting and pacing. Probably easier to binge watch when all episodes are released as I didn't want to bother remembering which actors played the young versions of the main characters. And that in itself does not portend well for any series.

For some reason the role Hugh Bonneville plays fits him better than his Downton Abbey role. Probably that creepy edge aristocracy can have has tainted him to me. A tense thriller, not great, but very good diversion.

Funny, exciting, super cool and super smart sci-fi comedy with a rhythm and a beat by Basement Jaxx that permeates the film from beginning to end. I don't think this film will ever feel dated.

Ignore the metacritics and the stinking rotting tomatoes, who have either been out of touch for a decade or in someone's pocket, and enjoy this very funny, fast-enough paced series that will remind you what entertainment is supposed to be about. It's set in Bristol, it's about adult delinquents, it has writing and acting by Stephen Merchant, a great cast and Christopher Walken in true Walken-form, what else do you need? I've slowed it down at episode 3 because it's just too good to binge.

Everything everyone says in the audience reviews is 100% true: completely improbable situations, witless dialogue, predictable outcome, etc, etc. And yet, I truly enjoyed. It was the perfect escape from the improbable, witless and totally predictable stupidity of a surreal pandemic we have been forced to live through over and over again.

Brilliant exploration of a troubled mind, and I do mean the mind of the writer. The mood, the setting, the pervasive feeling of doom that the director created, alongside some outstanding performances, particularly by the lead actress, help distract the viewer from the utter simplicity of the story which is revealed with one master stroke delivered in the last 4 (3?) seconds of the film. Genius. Definitely 4-1/2 stars.

Terrible in every respect. Jeffrey Dean Morgan sleepwalks through his role, playing the same smirking anti-hero he has played in every role he has undertaken. But who can blame him in this film? The writing was atrocious, the story predictable and the directing was pedestrian at best. Who financed this mess?

A pointless exercise in mood and atmosphere without substance. You realize that the feeling of escalating dread that has been building up inside of you was all for nothing in the end.
