Honestly trash story writing Abby's revenge doesn't make sense at all, why would you be pregnant and put Abby's safety before your own baby? I never killed the doctor I just took Ellie and ran. Maybe next time make it a cinematic instead of a choice to kill him I would've been on board a bit more.
