Jonathon Denial

Before it all, I read absolutely nothing and heard absolutely nothing about the movie or book, I only saw the "coming to netflix in 1 hour" and thought I would give it a try. Feels extremely bland and flat, weird actor choices and predictable story points. CGI stands out far too much (for how much it apparently cost) and kept bringing me out of the movie as just picturing the actor shouting at nothing. It's a very "safe" movie that your kids will probably enjoy with some occasional grownup themes mixed in. If you already have Netflix I would say have a look but don't go out of your way to watch it.
