the way people are complaining abt the movie when they aren’t the targeted audience 💀 update because i finally got to watching it: i’m sobbing. i knew the movie would be intense but i was not expecting the impact it had on me. i watched it with my mom (she’s very supportive of me), and understandably got a bit uncomfortable during the intense scenes. she was confused on why i sat there crying staring at the tv during the end, asking questions. it’s simply too hard to explain it. i understand it but i can’t explain how, i just understand it. overall 100/10 movie for lgbtq+, especially trans folk. although do be aware that it’s very intense at times, might not be everyone’s cup of tea. and remember, there is still time.
