I watched this last night while at work, I don’t really get all the criticism. Sure it was a bit long, but I didn’t feel like I sat through a 3 hour movie and had no problem keeping up with the story threads while working at the same time. You can easily see how this is building to the overall story Costner is intent to tell through 4 movies. I enjoyed it and it had me wanting to watch the second one as soon as I was done. I wish I had gone to see this in theaters. This is definitely one of those movies where you need to ignore the critics. Acting was great too. Watch it folks.
