Just made Jeff’s recipe with the pork loin on a bed of red cabbage, red onion,fennel and Granny Smith apple . We wrapped our pork loins after Jeff’s dry rub with bacon. It is by far one of the best dishes we have made in a while! Thanks for sharing!!
