Very good, enjoyed this far more than Branagh's previous outings as Hercule. Good acting and a quite creepy and atmospheric vibe created with the location.

I enjoyed this but it will not be for everyone as it is pretty brutal and not for the squeamish. I enjoyed the characters and the screenplay which worked for me and remained believable throughout the series.
