The show used to be SO good. People would watch religiously every single week, it was MUST SEE television, but for such a while now the writing, the direction, etc, has been falling and falling downhill. It used to be catered for the whole family, allowing access to people that wouldn't necessarily watch anything to do with Sci-fi. there was something for everyone! The stories were exciting. the characters were relatable with plenty of personality, the monsters were memorable, just everything gelled so brilliantly. whereas now, It's just all been stripped away. Things fell dramatically during Capaldi's rein, but this current era...Bloody awful. Jodie Whittaker deserved SO MUCH MORE.
