Too many cliches re detective genre & endless wordy descriptions of scary woods & Rob's terrible state of mind + more.
Can't stand that Rob supposedly experienced detective falls for young Jessica.
Cassies character was appealing.
Book could have been 30% shorter then more readable, I scanned thru lots of descriptions.
